HOW TO ORDER


ONLINE

We accept all major credit card orders online using secure server software (SSL) that is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet.

When you decide on the item you want, find it in the dropdown menu, choose the color and enter the quantity you want. The order form will input the correct price. Select any additional items you would like to purchase, select a shipping option and your order will be totaled. Then fill out your billing and shipping info and submit your order. If you go back a screen after entering your credit card information, you will need to re-enter that information. If you have any problems with your order call us toll free at 800-678-BAGS(2247).

For personal service, call 1 (800) 678-BAGS(2247) between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. Monday through Friday, Eastern Time. Other times, Saturday and Sunday by chance. Please have your credit card number and order information ready. We will advise you of stock availability, provide product information, and answer any questions you have about your order or the bags.

BY MAIL

Please order online whenever possible. If you need to mail in your order, enclose payment in the form of a check, money order or credit card number (ALL MAJOR CREDIT CARDS) and send it to:

Personal checks will delay your order by two weeks while the check clears. Please include shipping charges. Tax should be added only for orders shipped within Vermont.

RETURNS

A return form is enclosed in every package we send out. Please use it for returns, repairs or exchanges. Please do not ship packages C.O.D. If we made an error in your order, we will refund your shipping cost. Send your return to:

TRADE-INS

Have you outgrown your bag, want a smaller size or simply another design or color? Trade it in! You can apply its value towards another bag. Trade in value usually starts at half the retail price, and goes down from there according to wear, so we have to see the bag before we know its value.

GIFT CERTIFICATES

An easy gift. Place your order by phone or mail, tell us the dollar amount, who should receive it, and your message. Make payments as you would with a regular order. The Gift Certificate will be promptly mailed via First Class Mail.


SHIPPING INFORMATION

Most bags are in stock and will be shipped within 1 to 2 business days. If there will be a delay of more that 7 business days we will contact you with the status of your order. We ship UPS unless you request otherwise. UPS does not ship to Post Office boxes. Allow an additional two weeks for orders paid by check.  WE SHIP ALL ORDERS VIA UPS UNLESS OTHERWISE REQUESTED.

OVERNIGHT DELIVERY

OVERNIGHT DELIVERY SERVICE: For guaranteed delivery the next business day from time of shipping choose Next Day Air from the drop down menu when ordering.

2ND DAY AIR

For guaranteed delivery within 2 business days from the time of shipping choose 2Day Air from the drop down menu when ordering.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders are shipped via Global Express Mail, Insured.  Delivery is usually guaranteed in 5-7 business days. We can only ship to countries that will insure the delivery of your bag.
